Microenterprises

ONA’s Microenterprises

Microenterprises provide unique learning opportunities. Any young adult who participates in our curriculum program is eligible to develop a microenterprise.

Through person centered planning, our participants are able to focus on their own personal interests and aspirations. Then, the young adult can develop a microenterprise that ensures meaningful learning opportunities.

Microenterprises are a way for young adults to learn, practice skills, and immediately apply them. Our ONA students will learn and model an enterprise, much on their own, therefore contributing to their communities. If a young adult is not quite sure of a microenterprise they would want to develop, we have many opportunities for them to step into an already designed one.We want to allow our young adults to succeed and feel a sense of accomplishment.
